Lt. Commander RoDeece Dean, U.S. Navy
Full-Time Alumni 2013
“I chose to attend the Rady School because of the small class size, the location and the departure from the typical highly competitive business school model. The Rady School is different (in a good way) from all the other business schools. The Rady School’s strong connection to the military provides me the opportunity to stay dialed into the military infrastructure in San Diego while earning my MBA.”

Mark Covell
FlexMBA Evening Alumni 2013
Former Safety Manager and Instructor Pilot, United States Marine Corps
“I was making the transition from active duty to my first career choice, and I had two great opportunities presented to me. [Rady] helped me evaluate which opportunity was going to best set me up for my future success and to them I still owe my appreciation.”
